Thon Hotel Lillestrom

Convenient location, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the congress center. Nearby shops and restaurants, including a great spot for halal food. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms, perfect for families.

There is nothing special about this hotel. It just delivers the same quality as most hotels in scandinavia does. It is clean, has nice staff, good restaurant and decent beds.

I might be a little spoiled, but I belive that WiFi internet access should be free and included in the room. Here you have to pay for it :-(

The location is good - in the center of the city.

The area was very noisy at night on friday and saturday. Difficult to sleep with the very loud music outside.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the heated underfloor in the bathroom and the excellent shower. The location was perfect for exploring the city center of Lilleström, with bars, restaurants, and the train station just a short walk away.

All was more than acceptable.

We didn't like anything

Slow check in. No air conditioning. Loud noise until 3 am from night club across the street. Bedding too hot. No face cloths in the room. Pc for customer use was very dirty. Breakfast had no service and was out of several items even though we were there one hour before closing. No parking first night of our stay and we had to find alternate parking away from the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for me! It was well-located in the center of this city, convenient to walk to various restaurants and shops nearby. Transportation was also easily accessible, with the train station and congress center within a short walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities provided were great. I appreciated the parking options available.

Nice room, friendly staff, everyone helpfull

Found it a little noisy at night, mainly doors banging, and when the nearby club closed.

The hotel was placed in an advantageous location, right on a bustling street with easy access to shops and dining options. the restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. It was conveniently close to the airport, making it perfect for those who need to catch an early flight.

The check-in process was slow and the staff were not very friendly or accommodating.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay a full night because I thought that was the hotel I booked and realized it when I get there and also was made to pay the most expensive price for the first night! Not happy about it at all and considering to book through other companies in future! This inflexibility for genuine mistakes is not something I appreciate!

Very nice hotel in the centre of town, staff were 1st class and could not have been more friendly.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, just like the previous reviewer mentioned. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are of excellent quality, making for a super nice stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the heart of Lilleström allows easy access to various restaurants and shops.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

It was close to the shops/Restaurants and the Station

Actually I thought I had chosen the Thon Arena where I normally stay, so was disappointed to find I was not wherew I expected. The Bar/Restaurant is a separate business so I was not able to take a glass of wine to my room and the option to purchase wine at Reception was only by the bottle!! Like everything in Norway, you need to pay twice as much (or more) for everything. This hotel was no exception.

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The excellent dining room, with delicious choices for breakfast, and its relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell of drains everytime we took the lift.
